The Fall/Hope is a concept release. With one side being dark and the other being light. This was released around the time when my old job was becoming extremely stressful. My manager, who clearly had it out for me, had written me up again for a reason which was not my fault. I was trying my absolute hardest at a job I had for almost two years, and all my efforts were clearly being disregarded.

So The Fall side of this release is the darker side which reflected my feelings of dread as I was in a very unpleasant place.

The day after this, I was talking with my parents about the whole situation and we realized that the best thing for me to do was to leave my job. When I heard those words "We think you should quit your job", a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. I felt pretty good a feeling I had rarely felt in the past few months before that.

So the final half of this EP Hope represents the feeling of finding light at the end of the tunnel.

For those who are going through troubled times, put up the best fight that you can. You will find a way out of there.

Darkness always comes before the dawn.
